Place a finger directly between your eyes. Move it straight up your forehead until your reach your hairline. If you are a man with a receding hairline, stop where your hairline used to be. Press the point at the top of your forehead.

Trace your fingers outward along your hairline. Press the points all along the border between your hair and your forehead. There are pressure points across this line down to the temples. Alternate working your fingers in a circular motion and pulling them across your head with constant pressure.

Start at the shoulders. Notice the ridge of muscle rising from each shoulder toward the neck. Press the points along the top of these ridges. Try walking your fingers along the crest. You can find pressure points all along this ridge of muscle.

Start climbing the sides of the neck. The pressure points continue all the way up to the skull. Press the points along a vertical line from the shoulders to the back of the ear lobes. This is the muscular part of the neck. If you go too far forward you will be pressing on the arteries and veins.

Stop at the base of the skull. Press the points in the gaps on both sides of where the spine meets the skull. If you are following the neck upward, it is where your fingers can not go any higher. Apply steady pressure upward and inward with the thumbs.

Move outward to find the pressure points under the ears. These are directly behind the ear lobes where the base of year ear meets the juncture of your jaw and skull. Press the points very carefully as you open and close your jaw.

Reach around to the front of your neck to find your Adam's Apple. If you are a woman, yours will not be pronounced. Locate the soft gap between your collar bones. Press the point straight into this gap with two fingers to cause immediate pain and cut off the air supply. This is a handy pressure point to know if you are being attacked.
